Straight answers
In practice, no. Signage and receipt language make it clear there are two prices — cash and card — the same way fuel stations have done for decades. Most businesses see no measurable drop in card usage, and cash-paying customers see a discount.
Dual pricing is permitted under current card brand rules when it is disclosed properly. We program the disclosures into your terminal and provide the required signage, so compliance is handled for you.

Your monthly service on the Core plan: gateway, statements, batching support, compliance and local human support. Terminals may carry a one-time $49.95 deployment fee and a $12.95 monthly SaaS fee.
No. If you want to keep traditional pricing, we quote interchange-plus with our wholesale fee. You will see both options with real numbers before deciding.
